These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 49 bet platform and all its services. The definitions of the key terms used below are as follows:

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successfully requested withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same withdrawal methods apply: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure that:

• Your account's KYC verification has been completed.
• All wagering requirements for any active bonus have been met.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

In cases of suspected fraud, policy violation, or technical error, 49 bet reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, suspend any transaction. Once the investigation is complete, legitimate withdrawals will be processed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

49 bet regularly runs weekly reload offers, cricket festival bonuses, weekend slot rewards, birthday rewards, and referral rewards. The wagering requirements differ for each offer and are clearly stated in the respective offer details.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been completed.
• If fictitious or manipulative bets are placed with the intent of exploiting a bonus, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• Bonus offers have a set validity period, and if not claimed within the specified time, they will expire.

6.1 Bet Decisions Are Final

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical error prevents the bet from being settled normally. In such cases, 49 bet will review the bet and make the appropriate decision.

6.2 Special Rules for Sports Betting

Separate rules apply to live betting and pre-match betting on cricket, football, and other sports. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or ends before the scheduled time, bets will be settled following the applicable rules of the sport. For matches affected by rain or decided by the Duckworth-Lewis method, the official result will apply.

6.3 Cheating and Misconduct Are Prohibited

Any form of cheating, use of software exploits, automated betting or gaming using artificial intelligence, or taking advantage of system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be cancelled.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

Each game and betting market has a specific maximum win limit. This limit is stated in the rules of each game or market. In exceptional circumstances, 49 bet reserves the right to adjust payments subject to review.

49 bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violating any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with incorrect or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or involvement in any other illegal activity.
• Registering while under 21 years of age.
